Loveleen Paintal is the nurturing, compassionate and empowered leader behind Shining Compass.
Loveleen is an intuitive pathfinder for those seeking meaning and motivation in their lives , both personal or business.
She is a Certified Life and Business Coach Practitioner from Certified Coaches Federation ™ and IHDS Certified Human Design Guide from IHDS, California , USA. Loveleen is BG5™ Certified Career & Business Professional from BG5 Institute to provide career and business consultation for individuals, small to mid size teams/ organizations.

Combining her 36 years of business experience , organizational leadership with new Human design and BG5 knowledge, Loveleen's background and coaching technique offers a unique platform for meaningful, heart-centered life coaching and value based business coaching.
Loveleen has progressive career of second generation business entrepreneur, senior management and IT Project Management Consultant. Loveleen practiced meditation, Reiki and Yoga to manage usual stress all senior executives go through in life. It was special interest in business team building and encouraging entrepreneurs that serendipitously guided her towards BG5 knowledge in the Human Design System.
Her initial introduction to Self-empowerment and intuitive personality tools started with team building tools like Human Design started in 2008 and made her come to the taking this as full time professional since 2020.
Loveleen is also currently pursuing advanced studies in Human Design with Analyst certification in process

In addition to her experience in Human Design for business ( BG5 ) business coaching practice, Loveleen has an extensive corporate career.
Her career reigns over 30 years experience in financial operations , senior management, business consulting and technology-based project management involving business transformation.
During her 36 years in business, Loveleen spent 18 years advising clients and global teams across multiple industry sectors, including manufacturing, engineering, financial services, healthcare and telecommunications.
Prior to corporate portfolio, Loveleen led a mid size global family-owned manufacturing business for 18 years.
The family business under the guidance of her father involved her role in IT, financial management , global sourcing , leading large teams and strategic planning . The family business specialized in engineering products for a global portfolio of well-established clients. Her core strength is in family dynamics in business and small team analysis.
As a second generation business owner, Loveleen is a strategic thinker, with entrepreneurial and innovative skillsets.

Additionally Loveleen has been Instructor’s Assistant at BG5 Institute since 2 years and pursuing completion of OC16 -Large Organization Business Dynamics.
She had been pursuing studies in Vedic Astrology for last 10 years and finally in 2024 joined British Association of Vedic Astrology (BAVA) as student of Smt. Komilla Sutton and Andrew Ross , well known Vedic Astrologers and co-founders of BAVA.

When not coaching or studying, Loveleen enjoys golfing, walking in nature and experimenting in the kitchen with the fusion of eastern and western dishes.
Loveleen is an avid learner and reader of books from authors like John Maxell, Mike Rogers and Ken O’Donnell.
Loveleen practices Vedic Astrology, healthy lifestyle and follows nutrition articles including scientific journals of Harvard Business School and IIMA.
Loveleen is an avid follower of Sri Sri Ravi Shanker, Sister B.K Shivani world renowned Spiritual leaders and firmly believes that ancient wisdom has always provided great tools for self improvement, health and growth, it is matter of adapting ancient science in a pragmatic modern lifestyle to stay balanced.
